杨洪基（1941年2月8日-），出生于辽宁省大连市，毕业于解放军艺术学院，中国内地男中音歌唱家，国家一级演员。
他曾与香港圣乐团和美藉指挥家莫永熙合作演唱了海顿的《四季颂》，并参演《两代风流》《屈原》等歌剧。曾获得全国戏剧“梅花奖”、国家“文华表演奖”以及全军文艺汇演一等奖。
2021年2月11日，参加2021年央视春节联欢晚会，演唱歌曲《唱支山歌给党听》。

Yang Hongji (born February 8, 1941), born in Dalian, Liaoning Province, graduated from the Art Academy of the People’s Liberation Army. He is a baritone singer in mainland China and a national first-class actor.
He sang Haydn’s “Ode to the Four Seasons” with the Hong Kong Sage Orchestra and American conductor Mok Yongxi, and performed in operas such as “Two Generations Love” and “Qu Yuan”. He has won the National Drama “Plum Blossom Award”, the National “Wenhua Performance Award” and the first prize of the army’s art performance.
February 11, 2021, participated in 2021 CCTV Spring Festival Gala, singing the song “Sing a folk song for the party”.
